James G. Wehr
James Wehr worked at Spancrete for more than 25 years, taking over the position of chief mechanic for the company's trucking division after his father retired. He was Supervisor at WBC Corp., Spancrete's Trucking Division. Jim was a dedicated, hard working employee always going the extra mile just to get the job done. No job was too big or too small for him. He was an excellent mechanic and co-worker. He enjoyed working at Spancrete and had many long time friends there including his brother Don Wehr. His drive to get the job done was always there and he had a true gift for understanding the mechanics of the trucks and equipment. Jim was a good man who would do anything for anyone. Jim enjoyed the simple things in life like the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He loved his wife Janet and his children Jessie, Ben and his stepdaughter Jennifer. He loved his parents Don and Barbara dearly and tried to do as much as he could for them. He was always visiting them and seeing if he could help them any way he could.
